Waterproof polyurethane adhesive

1. Description:
One-component polyurethane adhesive which is applicable for finger jointing of wet wood and for compositing wood, steel, and various panels.

2. Characteristics:
(1) Excellent adhesion for substrates.
(2) Fast curing speed.
(3) Good wet, heat and weather resistance.
(4) Elastic bonding, protective for substrates and cutting tools.

3. Application
(1) Consumption
It depends on the condition of the substrate surface. Generally, the consumption is 300-500G/M2.
(2) Application Temperature
Mix at the room temperature. If the temperature is too high or too low, the open time and curing rate will be affected.
(3) Compounding pressure
Raise the compounding pressure as high as possible without affecting the material forming.
(4) Curing
Take on initial strength within 1 hour, cures 80% in 4-6hrs, and cures completely within 7 days at the temperature of 25.
(5) Clean
Recommended Cleaner: Acetone, butanone.
